My giclée prints are printed to order by Pigeon Printhouse and will ship out about a week after you order. After shipping, delivery time ranges from 4-10 business days.

Original art orders are shipped once a week on Wednesdays via USPS. Original art valued over $500 will be shipped with signature required.

Occasionally packages are lost or misplaced in transit. If it has been more than 10 days since your package has had a tracking or delivery update, please get in touch.

If your order is marked as delivered and you did not receive the order, you must file a claim with the courier. Unfortunately, I am not able to refund or replace items stolen after they are marked as delivered.

If your print or original art arrives damaged in any way from shipping, please send clear photos of the damage to studioswapna.art@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery, and I will issue a refund.

I am unable to accept returns if you’ve mis-ordered, ordered the incorrect size, or changed your mind.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact me immediately at studioswapna.art@gmail.com. Once a print order has been processed by my printer, I can’t cancel or modify the order and it will be shipped.
